Frosty Chocolate protein shake! An awesome breakfast especially if you need to take it on the go!
1 scoop of Chocolate whey protein powder- I used Pure Protein from Market Basket
1 cup (8oz)- unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 a frozen banana
6 ice cubes
Throw it all together and blend until mixed well!
This shake is delicious and fills me for the morning!

I’ve had to rest and take it easy for almost a week now. My hip has been hurting, and even though it is killing me to feel lazy these past few days, I know it is something I need to do! I just found these stretches for hip flexor injuries, hopefully they will start to work!
